How to A/B test offer pages in The White Rabbit

AB Storm is the A/B testing feature in The White Rabbit (TWR): you create a test with up to 20 offer pages, set the traffic percentage for each one, and link the test to a campaign. TWR splits the clicks across the pages in real time, without pausing your ad or changing the campaign URL.

Step by step

1. Open the AB Storm panel and create a test

Open the AB Storm panel and click to create a new test. Give it any name you like, just to identify the test later.

2. Add the offer pages to the test

Enter the pages you want to include in the test. Each test supports up to 20 pages at once.

Campaign method

What to enter

TWR Redirect, Pre Page, Mirror

The full URL of the offer page

Unpack

The path to the page's PHP file

If the campaign uses the Unpack method, enter the PHP path instead of the URL. For the other methods, use the page URL.

3. Set each page's traffic percentage and save

Set how much traffic each page receives. To split evenly between two pages, for example, set 50% for each. Then click Save.

Go to the campaigns panel and open the campaign where you want to use the test (an existing one or a new one). Edit the campaign and, on the offer page, switch from Single Offer to AB Storm. Select the test you created and save.

Switching from Single Offer to AB Storm can be done while the campaign is active and the ad is running. The campaign URL and parameters don't change, so clicks start being split across the pages right away, with no need to pause the ad.

5. Track the traffic split in the chart

Go back to the AB Storm panel and open the test. There you'll see the linked campaigns and the individual chart with the traffic split across the pages in real time.

TWR only splits traffic across the pages. It doesn't show which page converts best. To measure conversion, use a tracking tool integrated with the campaign.
