Domain Pointing to TWR

1. Access The White Rabbit

2. Go to the "Domains" option

You will see some steps to configure your domain or subdomain.

3. Click on "Create"

4. Copy the pointing address

It must be copied exactly as it is, without any changes. Therefore, check if the browser translator is enabled.

5. Access your domain in Cloudflare

6. Go to the "SSL/TLS" tab

On the side panel, click on the "SSL/TLS" option.

7. Check if automatic mode is enabled

If this setting is active, Cloudflare can automatically change the SSL/TLS encryption level, which can affect your links, whether with our service or your hosting. Let's fix this to avoid issues.

8. Click on "Configure"

This will allow you to manually adjust the SSL/TLS settings.

9. Select "Custom SSL/TLS" mode

Change the mode to "Custom", ensuring that Cloudflare respects the configuration you choose without automatic modifications. This prevents instabilities in your links.

10. Choose the "Flexible" option

This is the recommended mode, as it works with most hostings and with TWR. Select "Flexible" to set it as the default.

11. Save the changes

Confirm the changes to apply the new settings.

12. Check if automatic mode has been disabled

If a message confirming the change appears, everything is set! Your links will no longer be at risk of going offline due to automatic Cloudflare adjustments.

13. Go to the "DNS" option

14. Click on "Add Record"

15. Set the type to "CNAME"

16. To use the main domain, enter "@" in the "Name" field.

However, since we suggest creating a subdomain, you can simply enter any name in this field to generate your subdomain. (This is where you create the subdomain)

17. Add twr.thewhiterabbit.cloud. in the “Target” field

18. Check if the "Proxy" option is enabled

19. Click on "Save"

20. Now enter the subdomain in The White Rabbit

Remember to include https://

21. Click on "Save"

22. Finally, verify the domain inside The White Rabbit

Wait a few minutes and try verifying the domain.

23. Verification completed

If everything is correct, you will see a green check icon indicating that the configuration was successful.

Your domain is still not verified? Do this:

1. Adjust the pointing content

For quicker resolution, you can modify your individual pointing address to our main one.

Example: change from g83twvwh.thewhiterabbit.cloud to twr.thewhiterabbit.cloud.

This change should resolve the pointing issue within a few minutes.
