How to test if your campaign is set up correctly
To confirm that a The White Rabbit (TWR) campaign is set up correctly, open the campaign URL in your browser and check that it shows the Safe Page, use the Test Offer button to check the Offer Page and, after you launch your ad, track the campaign Charts in real time.
Before you launch your ad
1. Open the campaign URL in your browser
Copy the campaign URL, the same one that goes in your ad, and open it in your browser. You should land on the Safe Page: since the visit didn't come through your ad, TWR treats it as unqualified. This already confirms that the campaign responds and that the domain is connected.

2. Use the Test Offer button to see the Offer Page
Inside the campaign, click Test Offer. The button generates a test parameter that authorizes the redirect and opens the Offer Page. This confirms that the Offer Page loads and that the redirect works.

3. Add the test parameter to the file URL (Unpack campaigns)
With Unpack, TWR has no access to the URL where you installed index.php, so the button only generates the parameter, in the format twr_test=<value>. Copy it and add it to the file URL, after a ?:
your-hosting.com/?twr_test=YOUR-TEST-VALUE
Opening that link redirects you to the Offer Page.

4. Turn off test mode when you're done
After checking, turn off test mode. It only generates the parameter for the simulation and has no impact on the campaign's performance, you can even run this test with your ad already live.

5. If a page doesn't load, check the pages themselves
If the Safe Page or the Offer Page don't open during the test, the problem is usually with the page itself, not with TWR: its domain may be down or the page isn't published. Open each URL directly in your browser and confirm they're live.
After you launch your ad
6. Track the campaign Charts
Open the campaign's Charts tab to see, in real time, the total number of requests and where each one went: Offer Page, Safe Page or Bots. Bots are counted separately because TWR doesn't charge for those visits. A visit made directly in the browser shows up as a bot, which is expected.

7. Compare your ad clicks with the Offer Page
The clicks on your ad link and the Offer Page number in Charts should stay close. A large gap almost always comes from URL parameters pasted incorrectly in your ad or from a country/device left out of the campaign's targeting. See how to identify and fix each cause.
If you've checked everything and still suspect something is wrong, copy the campaign identifier and reach out to support through the chat, telling them which campaign it is and what problem you noticed.
