How to Register a Domain in The White Rabbit (Complete Step-by-Step Guide)

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough so that any user, even without technical knowledge, can configure a subdomain via CNAME and correctly validate the domain in the tool.

Setting up the domain

1 . Access the domain panel

In the tool’s main menu, open the area dedicated to domain management.

2 . Start registering a new domain

Select the option to add a new domain.

3 . Enter a subdomain and copy the target address

Set the subdomain you want to use (e.g.: “www.yourdomain.com”).

Then, copy the target address displayed in the panel.

The subdomain must be exactly the same as the one created in DNS.

4 . Access the registrar’s DNS panel

Go to the DNS management area where you purchased your domain, such as Hostinger, GoDaddy, Registro.br, Cloudflare or any other provider.

5 . Create the CNAME record

Type: CNAME
Name: www (or another subdomain of your choice)
Target: connect.domains-twr.com
If you are using Cloudflare, disable the proxy and set the record to DNS Only.
TTL: Automatic or default

Warning: Using Cloudflare is not mandatory. The pointing works with any DNS provider.

6 . Go back to the tool and save the domain

After creating the record in DNS, return to the domain panel and finish the registration.

7 . Wait for propagation

DNS propagation happens automatically.

If everything was configured correctly, in a few minutes the domain may be verified in the tool.

8 . Manage the number of domains

The number of available domains depends on the plan you’ve purchased.

You can add new slots or remove them. When a slot is removed, the value is returned as credit in your account to be used in future charges.

The returned credit is automatically applied to future charges.

9 . Use multiple domains according to your strategy

You can use several domains simultaneously to organize products, separate campaigns, build contingency structures or split ad accounts.

In scaling strategies, it is recommended to use one domain per ad account for greater stability.
