Complete Setup Guide for White Rabbit

Forget the complicated tools filled with videos and tutorials that feel like you need to take an extra course just to set them up. White Rabbit is different: it's plug and play. With just 5 minutes of reading, you'll learn how to set everything up and understand exactly how it works.

Connecting a domain to White Rabbit

The first step to using White Rabbit is adding a domain to your account. To do that, you need to make a simple CNAME record.

We recommend using a brand new and exclusive domain for White Rabbit, with no connection to existing websites, offer pages, or campaigns. This ensures better protection and avoids conflicts.

1. Copy the CNAME record address by following the path below:

Go to the Domains tab in the White Rabbit dashboard, click on create, and copy the CNAME address.

2. Go to your domain’s DNS panel

You can use any DNS manager: Cloudflare, Registro.br, GoDaddy, Hostinger, etc. The process is similar for all providers.

Clean up any unnecessary records. Some domains come with default records. If this domain is exclusive to TWR as we recommend, you can delete all existing records and keep only the one we’re creating now.

3. Create a new record with the following settings

  • Type: CNAME
  • Name: www (or any other subdomain of your choice)
  • Target: connect.domains-twr.com
  • Proxy: DNS Only (disable proxy if it's enabled)
  • TTL: Automatic or default

The subdomain can be anything, such as www, page, connect, go, etc.

4. Add the subdomain in White Rabbit

Example: if you used "www" in the CNAME record, your subdomain will be www.yourdomain.com

5. After saving, wait for propagation

If you followed the steps correctly, the domain should verify in a few minutes.

Once the domain is verified, you’ll be able to create your campaign.

Creating the campaign

1. Go to the Campaigns menu and click on Create

2. In the “Name” section, enter a name for your campaign

Choose a name that makes it easy to identify. It helps with organization, performance analysis, and future edits.

3. Select the domain you verified earlier to use in your campaign

4. Adjust the language setting

This setting changes the information shown to traffic sources during approval but does not filter the audience by language, ensuring that no traffic is lost regardless of the selected language.

5. Select the traffic source you’ll be advertising on

This choice tailors the campaign to users coming from the selected source, enabling the platform to apply cloaking and anti-fraud techniques adapted for that traffic source.

6. Set up the Safe Page

This is the page shown to bots, reviewers, and unwanted visits. It must be white and 100% compliant with platform policies. It can be an institutional page, an e-commerce store, or a simple sales page.

7. Set up the Offer Page

This is the page shown to your legitimate target audience. It contains the actual offer you want to promote. Display of this page is filtered using machine learning, country, and device settings to ensure that only qualified users see it.

The Offer Page domain doesn’t need to be related to the TWR domain — it can be any separate domain.

8. Click on "Country"

Carefully selecting countries ensures your Offer Page is shown only to users in your target regions.

9. Select the devices you want to allow access

This ensures the Offer Page is shown only to users on the devices you choose.

10. Define Tags

Tags work as an optional organization tool — use them if you’d like.

11. URL and generated parameters

After saving the campaign, a campaign URL and required parameters will be generated. These must not be changed — any alteration will compromise the traffic.

Each traffic source has specific fields for inserting the URL and parameters. We have tutorials for each one in the Help Center.

Campaign flexibility

You can change the Offer Page or add A/B tests even while the campaign is active — no need to resubmit the ad for review, and your campaign performance remains unaffected.

The URL and parameters remain the same regardless of the traffic source. You don’t need to change anything in your ad after editing the campaign inside TWR.

We do not recommend changing the Safe Page after the campaign has been approved, as this can raise red flags and lead to disapproval.

Adding your own tracking parameters

You can add your own parameters alongside the ones from White Rabbit.

Just concatenate using "&"

Checking if the campaign is working

Forget the traditional testing methods used in other tools. In White Rabbit, everything is designed for maximum protection: if something can be tested, it can be broken. To ensure your link is working as it should, strictly follow the tutorials and every detail as instructed.

Watch out for typos in the URL or parameters. A single incorrect character can redirect your entire traffic to the Safe Page and ruin your campaign.

To verify functionality, track link clicks directly in your campaigns and compare them with the “Offer Page” section on the TWR dashboard.

Done! Your setup is complete and your campaign is live on White Rabbit.

With just a few steps, you're ready to run with security, performance, and zero technical headaches.
