Client Portal Overview

1. Access The White Rabbit




2. Click on "Client Portal"




3. Current Plan Section



In this first section, you will find details about your current plan, such as:

Monthly fee for the current plan;
Renewal date;
"Change Plan" button - where you can upgrade to a higher plan;
"Cancel Plan" button - where you can cancel your plan.


4. "Payment Methods" Section



In the second section of the client portal, you can manage your credit card for future and current charges. You can also add other payment methods if desired.



5. "Billing Information" Section



In this section, you will find your billing information, such as your name and email.



6. "Invoice History" Section



In this section, you will see the history of all charges on your account, such as subscription creation invoices, renewals, extra click payments, etc.



7. Click on "Back to TWR"



Clicking this button will redirect you to the main dashboard of the tool.
